Google Voice lets you manage all of your phone communications and seamlessly make and receive calls on any of one’s existing phones. But what should you really don’t have your phone with you? Or what if you’re in the spot with bad cell phone reception, or you’re travelling internationally and do not want to incur expensive roaming charges?
