Samsung launches MacBook Air Rival
Las Vegas CES 2011 – Samsung not to be outdone by super-thin MacBook Air laptop. South Korean manufacturer is presenting a laptop 9 Series, which indeed comes in super slim design. Exhibited at the International Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2010 is being held in Las Vegas, USA, Samsung 9 series is sailing 13-inch laptop and made of Duralumin material. This material claimed to be two times more durable than aluminum.
Compared to the MacBook Air, Samsung laptop is not much different from the physical side. In the thinnest, 9 Series only 16.33 mm thick and weighs
1.31 kg. While the MacBook Air section tertipisnya 17 mm thick and weighs 1.3 kg.
Given the specifications, 9 Series is quite attractive. The Processors is featuring the second generation of Intel Core i5 and equipped Intel HD
graphics. Then there are USB 3.0, Bluetooth 3.0, built-in WiMax1 and 4GB of DDR 3. Samsung 9 Series quite expensive. As quoted from V3, Samsung 9 series uses Windows 7 operating system, and would be in the price range of USD 1600.
