Sony Will Soon Unveil 3D Camera
Hearing the word 3D for me always remind me of Avatar the Movie, but for Sony Cybershot, 3D means their brand new found technology in digital imaging. As quoted from cnet UK last week, Sony will come with Sony Cyber-shot WX5, Sony Cyber-shot TX9 and Sony Cyber-shot T99, all the three are packed in 3D photos result.

Sony CyberShot WX5 is coming with Sony 3D Sweep Panorama. Hitting the shutter button of the camera to chatch a high-speed burst of frames, sweeping the camera side to side, waving around and the camera is said to be able to take up to 100 images in rapid succession, and the images result will have a 3D images. Sony CyberShot WX5 is designed in 12,2 MPx CMOS sensor, 5x optical zoom, and 1.920 x 1.080 HD video
Sony CyberShot TX9 is featuring what is called Sweep Multi Angle which is able to take shoots up to fifteen frames burst. The three dimensional image will be yielded by internal sensors inside the camera while we are moving it. Sony CyberShot TX9 is also designed in 12,2 MPx CMOS sensor, 5x optical zoom, and 1.920 x 1.080 HD video
Sony CyberShot T99 is coming with various color designs, but unfortunately there is no further information on the specification. But it is said that Sony CybersShot T99 will feature 14.1 MPx and can shoot up to 720p videos.
All the three 3D cameras will be unveiled from September this year, with pricing not yet announced.
Facebook With Facial Recognition For Easy Tagging
Facebook will add what called ‘facial recognition’, that will ease the photo tagging. As we know at present, to tag a person, we must first manually identify faces in photos(s), click on the spot and choose a name from our list. The new system introduces face recognition that is able to detect the faces on screen. Facial recognition already apply in the midst of last week.
As quoted from Telegraph yesterday, Facebook mentioned that this facial recognition works in the same way as digical camera software. The new feature will make photo tagging be faster and easier, because user don’t have to select each and every faces on the screen. The software will work for it.
Toshiba Camelio BW10 It Stands Up To 2 Meters Underwater
Summer is about to come, and so many kinds of gadgets are promised to come for the season. Let’s just take Samsung Galaxy Update software, long awaited HTC EVO 4G, and even iPhone 4.0 which is rumored to come this June. It is Toshiba Camelio BW10, a waterproof camcorder that will complete your holiday.

Toshiba Camelio BW10 can stand up to 2 meters deep underwater. It is a mini camcorder in 2-inch LCD screen with 1080p high-definition camcorder. The CMOS sensor can capture 5Mpx stills, at a sensitivity up to ISO1,600. Face detection can find up to 12 faces, and also featuring 10x digital zoom. Still and video recording are stored in SD, SDHC and SDXC cards with memory capacity up to 64GB.
Toshiba Camelio will present this summer for £130, and will be available in Yellow, Turquoise and Silver rubber wetsuit.
