Since Microsoft announced that the ‘Mango’ aka Windows Phone 7.5 will be enriched with updated features, it is much to imagine what can be found by Windows Phone users when the updates are released. At Microsoft’s developer forum in Tokyo – Japan earlier this week, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer divulged a little information about the Mango. Interestingly, the update is said to be providing 500 new features.

Quoted from Geek yesterday, on this forum Ballmer also showed off some of the latest Windows 7 Phone mobile phone with multitasking capabilities and access to hardware that is enriched. Reportedly, the phone is immediately launched. Not to forget, Microsoft is also showing some new tools for developers, such as private apps and beta. Mango’s development tools will be soon available for developers of Windows Phone this weekend.

Ballmer did not explain what new features will be present in this update. Thus, the public still have to wait until Microsoft releases more detailed information. Previously, Microsoft has told us that the Windows Phone 7.5 will be integrated with Bing, Windows Live Messenger Support, as well as Facebook, AIM, visual voicemail and support SkyDrive.

Last week hot news on Windows Phone 7 (WP7) was about rumors update towards this platform. Coming events Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in early January mentioned that Microsoft will use the event to introduce a major update of their new platform.

Unfortunately WP7 first major update comes in the month from August to September 2011. A few weeks ago was widely heard the news, updates WP7 present from January to February 2011. But according to ZDNet site quoted last week, it’s just a minor update only.

Major Update on WP7 itself will be named ‘Mango’, which will support HTML format 5 and Silverlight run-time. For information, Silverlight currently already exist in WP7, but not for browser plugins in it. Not only that, Mango will also supported with Far East languages such as China, Japan, and Korea, which currently is not available. Clearly, any important updates that Microsoft should fix the two major weaknesses WP7, first: the issue of copy-paste and the multi-tasking support.
