BlackBerry Playbook Launched to be intercepted by iPad 2?
Research In Motion (RIM) has finally issued a price tag of its flagship tablet PCs, BlackBerry Playbook, which has a base price equal to the iPad 2. But the presence of fixed valued Playbook will be difficult to penetrate the market. Steven Hartley, an analyst with Ovum research institute, said the tablet PC market is already quite crowded filled by a variety of products. However, the market’s dominance just pivots on few brands. Among them is Samsung Galaxy Tab and of course the Apple iPad which has now produced a second generation version (IPAD 2).

Apple seems obsessed with making gadgets with a thin form. Just look at the thin laptop MacBook Air or iPhone. No exception iPad 2 is present in the lean body , even thinner than the iPhone 4. iPad 2 will be 34% slimmer than the previous 13.4 mm in the first generation, to 8.8 mm only. Then the weight will be 600 grams of a previously reached 700 grams. What does Apple do to make iPad 2 so thin? Apparently the biggest modification was done on the battery. The resources in this iPad 2 only 2.5 mm thick, 59% thinner than previous versions iPad battery in the size of 6.1 mm.
iPad Price Deliberately Decreased for iPad 2?
Rumors about the presence of Apple iPad 2 is getting warm again. Now, it is triggered by the falling prices of iPad first version which is by made several operators in the United Kingdom. Orange is now selling iPad priced £ 99 with a two-year bond contract. Prices were down dramatically from the earlier reached 199 pounds. Similarly, T Mobile reduce price IPAD to 99 pounds. Not only about the price cuts, stock iPad reportedly began to disappear in some UK retail. For example Carphone Warehouse is now out of stock iPad 3G.
iPad two is predicted to present in April, but with an indication of such discounts, it could be the launch would be early. Estimates on the specifications of the Apple tablet whiz itself has circulated in cyberspace. For example, the iPad 2 has predictable features of the camera for video chat with FaceTime technology. Then the hardware is expected to experience a variety of improvements, including faster CPU and higher RAM capacities.
